We will work to identify and qualify new generation of sucessors who are able to lead and take a senior role in the organization vertically or horizintaley when time comes in order to insure business continuity and preventing a chaotic power struggle by preventing a power vacuum.

What will we do is identify key persons and do job match for what kind of positions they can fit and start working on there capabilities to have them ready.That leads to increase the availability of experienced and capable employees that are prepared to assume these roles smoothly and efficiently as they become available for key roles within the company.
